ZOË COMINGS
Aside of my love of art, dance and music, I am always drawn to the open sky, ancient forests rock formations and everything in between. California native and long time Austin resident, I have driven back and forth many times, taking different routes and soaking in all the different natural elements I see along the way. Sweeping skies, long horizons, and so many shapes. These I convert into a minimalist modern line, combining clay, color, and gold. Taking an expansive inspiration and making it into a tiny gem is one of my favorite parts of the process.
