THE PAINTED LADIES
I am a self-taught acrylic painter known for a signature pink palette and a dreamlike approach to art. Drawing inspiration from my dreams and my belief in the boundless power of imagination to shape reality, my work invites viewers to find their own meaning within each piece; their ‘I Am’.
Born and raised in Arizona, my artistic journey began at the age of 13, helping my parents with hand lettering on witty home decor signs. Over time, this early experience evolved into a passion for painting, leading me to develop a unique style and artistic voice. Arizona’s vast desert landscapes and hues subtly weaved their way into my work. However, it was the decision to leave home and travel the country with my family—bringing art to new audiences every weekend—that truly allowed the work to flourish. Without the constraints of formal training or traditional gallery representation, my journey is one of discovery, passion, and connection.
By intentionally leaving interpretations open-ended, I try to encourage viewers to see reflections of themselves in the art, unlocking emotions and personal narratives within each piece. From intimate local markets to large-scale art shows, my work continues to find new homes across the country, proving that art is not just about creation, but about shared experience and discovery.
