GOLD RIDGE ORGANIC FARMS
Gold Ridge Organic Farms is located 50 miles northwest of San Francisco in Sebastopol, Sonoma County. Founded in 2000 by Brooke Hazen, the farm benefits from sandy loam soils and coastal breezes, perfect for growing olives, heirloom apples, citrus, and lavender. The 70-acre olive orchard, with 13,000 trees, features Italian, Spanish, and French cultivars, producing fresh, antioxidant-rich oils at the onsite mill. All blends are certified Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council. The farm also grows 16 acres of apple varieties, including Honeycrisp, Fuji, and Pink Pearl, with some apples used for cider, applesauce, and a line of apple cider vinegars.
