Always FREE-TO-ATTEND – our craft, art, design and DIY spectacular featured over 250 of today’s finest indie-craft talents from all over the nation, free workshops, entertainment + other features!

All sorts of incredible handmade goods were to be found at the Fair!  And if you didn’t get enough, you can still shop the amazing artists from the fair online when you visit our Artist Page!

Metro riders who presented their Metro-ticket stub at The Renegade Craft Fair Welcome Station received a free issue of Juxtapoz Arts + Culture Magazine while supplies lasted!

Silverlake hot-spot for all things craft, art and design, ReForm School lead workshops in kite-making! Perfect for Renegade’s new outdoor LA location, attendees were inspired by the crafty-wares shop owners Billie + Tootie had for sale and made tons of one-of-a-kind flying creations!

LA-based artist + furniture designer Tanya Aguiñiga gave attendees hands-on insight into the felting + knotting processes that go into her incredible designs! Proceeds from Aguiñiga’s booth will fund her incredible Artists Helping Artisans project!

Santa Monica’s best crafty-workshop space and boutique, The Urban Craft Center lead a variety of Craft Crash Courses! In addition to workshops in circuit-bending, yarn-spinning, gocco-printing and book-binding, attendees to the UCC booth enjoyed a special zine reading room and button-making lounge!

Keeping Silver Lake stocked with stellar fabrics and textiles, Sew LA brought the goods to Renegade this year and gave a number of demonstrations in needlecraft and sewing projects! Part boutique, part lab, Sew LA is your go-to location for all things garment-construction!

The fantastic folks from ETSY also put on an amazing hands-on booth! Stamping, sewing, printing – you name it! Etsy guided visitors through many quick + simple, make + take projects!

Threadless, your one-stop online shop for user-designed tees, brought an interactive, mobile art-studio to the Fair! Threadless has customized a 25-foot airstream trailer where they hosted hands-on projects as part of their Everywhere Tour!


We hope you visited the Info Booth for a hoot of a photo-op, custom-made Renegade buttons + a free issue of Uppercase Journal! The booth also featured a free-to-enter raffle for a year-long subscription to Los Angeles magazine, other prizes by Uppercase Gallery, Chronicle Books, Beautiful/Decay, BurdaStyle.com and Jenny Hart’s Sublime Stitching!

Music fans! DJs from LA’s very best radio station, KXLU, were on site playing the best independent music all weekend long! The world’s largest independent record storeAmoeba Music – also provided plenty of goodies for you to peruse. Attendees also walked away with the perfect photo memory of the fair in a free-to-use photobooth provided by The Magnolia Photobooth Co!
