Located in Northern California, Peace and Plenty Farm is the largest grower of organic saffron in the US.
We are a no-till, small family farm committed to lowering our carbon footprint and supporting a healthy ecology.
Fruity and vibrant, our saffron is used by chefs like Camille Becerra to create golden aioli and healthy tonics. We make a small-batch, cold-pressed walnut oil that is sweet and nutty from our dry-farmed, organic nuts.
