Ciao, my name is Massimo and I make Bomboloni! They are light as air Italian-style donuts from my hometown in Lucca, Italy. These Tuscan treats are filled with Nutella, family recipe Custards, Jams and happiness. Called a “bomb” because when you bite into it the filling can come out. The dough is lighter than a traditional donut and we make them into bite sizes so you can try them all. They are traditionally sold at festivals and on the beach in Italy, now we make them exclusively in San Francisco. We hope to share our sweet treats with you again. We (HEART) Renegade!
