It is our policy at Renegade Craft Fair, Inc. (“Renegade Craft”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect. Unless otherwise stated, we are the controller for the personal information, we or our service providers, collect and process.

This Privacy Policy applies when you are based in the UK or the EU and are providing us with information in relation to our London Fair, or are signing up to our mailing lists. How to use this Privacy Policy

You may choose to interact with Renegade Craft in ways that require Renegade Craft to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Renegade Craft gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. In each case, Renegade Craft collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of your interaction with Renegade Craft.

  2. Website Users: We operate https://www.renegadecraft.com/ (“our Website”). If you have visited our Website and / or have made contact with us using our Website then please read section 2.
  3. Applicants and Participants of the London Fair (markers & designers, food & drink purveyors, experiential activations + installations): If you have applied to be a participant at our London Fair using our Participation Application, or if you have subsequently been selected to be a participant then please read section 3.
  4. Sponsor: If you have completed a Sponsor Inquiry form or have been selected to be a sponsor or partner for our London Fair then please read section 4.
  5. Subscribers: If you have subscribed to be on our email mailing list and / or our press email mailing list using our online form then please also read section 5.

Attendees of Fairs: If you have attended, or will attend our London Fair, we do not collect personal data about you. You might however sign up to our email mailing list at the Fair, and when you do you will become a Subscriber and you should read section 6.

Glossary

Here is an explanation of some of the terms we use in this Privacy Policy:

  • personal information or personal data or personally-identifiable information is information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual, such as a name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.;
  • special category personal data means personal data revealing a person’s racial or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious or philosophical beliefs; trade union membership; genetic data; biometric data; data related to your health; or data concerning your sex life or sexual orientation;

Storing Personal Data

The personal data that we collect from you will usually be stored in the US – this is where Renegade Craft is based.

Please note that our service providers may also host, process, or store data in the US (or otherwise outside the UK or the EEA). Where they do this, we will ensure that we have put appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in accordance with the UK and EU Data Protection Laws (e.g. standard contractual clauses, EU-US Privacy Shield compliant, etc.).

Our Service Providers

We contract with third party service providers and suppliers to deliver certain services. We only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes, and to provide the services to us, and in accordance with our instructions. Our third-party service providers are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data in line with our policies.

Renegade Craft discloses potentially personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Renegade Craft’s behalf or to provide services available at Renegade Craft’s website, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others.

Our Website search is powered by WordPress. Searches are logged anonymously to help us improve our Website and search functionality. No identifiable personal information is collected by us or our provider.

Renegade Craft may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its websites. For instance, Renegade Craft may monitor the most popular pages on the renegadecraft.com site or use spam screened by the CAPTCHA service to help identify spam. Renegade Craft may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Renegade Craft does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

You can receive “All News” which covers all of our fairs, or you can pick and choose from the following locations: London; Austin; Boston; Chicago; Denver; Detroit; Los Angeles; Miami; New York; San Francisco; Seattle; Portland.

You will only receive emails from us, Renegade Craft Fair. We will not share your email address with others for marketing purposes.
