MISSION CHOCOLATE
I have been working with chocolate for 24 years with a focus on Latin American cacao and flavors. Mission Chocolate is the most awarded chocolate in Brazil. I create flavors that don’t exist in chocolate while using ingredients that respect the environment, are local or native to where they grow, use little to no irrigation, are labeled by SlowFood to be in danger of extinction.
