HONEY BELINDA
I am Belinda Hester, and I started urban beekeeping in Queens, NY. I am fascinated by the world of bees and their fantastic work. As I learned more, I became increasingly interested in the various things that bees produce, like honey and beeswax, and their benefits. This deepened my appreciation for honey, and I discovered how diverse and unique it can be—more varied than wine. This passion for bee products also inspired me to create natural skincare products, combining my love for honey and wellness. I’m on my way to becoming a honey sommelier with the National Register of Experts in Italy’s Sensory Analysis of Honey. This path lets me dive deeper into the world of honey and share its incredible flavors with others.
