FRUITION CHOCOLATE WORKS
Our company was founded by husband and wife duo, Bryan and Dahlia Graham, in 2013 in the Catskill Mountains of NY. Bryan is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has always had a passion for creative and sustainable food. We import high quality and ethically sourced cacao from farms in primarily South America, and roast, winnow, and refine them in-house with the best quality ingredients we can find. We are proud holders of over 80 awards for our chocolates including from the Good Food awards and the International Chocolate Awards (where we have even won Gold in the World Rounds). We specialize in single origin chocolate bars, roasted nuts coated in chocolate, and confections filled with caramels, ganache, and more.
