My mother was a caterer from our house while I (Elyce) was growing up. I started baking and decorating cakes for sale when I was 12. Later, I started my path to chocolate by participating in the California State Fair for several years and got hooked on making chocolate. I participated in a pop-up in May 2010, and then networked into and applied for events after that experience. In 2019, I renovated a space into a commercial kitchen which we use to today. We serve D2C, B2B, wholesale, and white label for clients throughout the US, and the world.
