The West Coast leg of our Summer RCF Tour was a great time, complete with some of most beautiful booths, best handmade wares, tastiest food, and friendliest vendors + attendees ever!

We started things off right in San Francisco, where we returned to the beautiful Fort Mason Center for our 5th Annual RCF San Francisco, joined by over 250 of the best handmade artists from the Bay Area and beyond. Check out the super-talented SF artists here.
We had a great collection of workshops where attendees created projects by Creative Bug (a rotating roster of local crafters lead a variety of DIY projects), The Museum of Craft and Design(paper feather projects on Saturday and drawstring coin pouches on Sunday? Awesome!), andPebeo (everyone loved painting ceramic tiles with their rad new paint pens)!
Design gurus from Handful of Salt helped attendees explore the intersection of craft and modern design while giving a sneak preview of their new print magazine (to be released this Fall).
Not to be missed were tasty treats from local SF foodies Tante’s, Patti Wagon, and Rice, Paper, Scissors! And no one forgot to get their photobooth photo at the always free-to-use photobooth courtesy of Magnolia Photobooth Co. (check out pics from Saturday here and Sunday here!). Some of San Francisco’s best local DJs spun rock, pop, and soul tracks all weekend to keep everyone in the shopping + crafting mood.
We were snapping pics all weekend, and you can check out our SF photostream here!
San Francisco, you knocked our socks off! Thank you!

We finished up our West Coast tour with the 4th Annual Renegade Craft Fair Los Angeles at the Los Angeles State Historic Park. Hundreds of today’s best indie crafters (check out the LA artist line-up here), hands-on workshops, music, food trucks, booze + oh so much more gathered for one of the best LA fairs we’ve ever seen.
