The Renegade Craft Fair is a large-scale DIY event featuring hundreds of independent artists and their unique handmade items. RCF is held in cities across the US every year - including Brooklyn, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles & Austin . The fair is known for being one of the first events of its kind, and for featuring top-notch indie-craft artists and designers who travel from all over the map to participate. At RCF you’ll find all sorts of cool handmade stuff – including clothing, housewares, posters + prints, plush items, ceramics, jewelry, stationery + much more. Each Renegade Craft Fair draws hundreds of applicants, each individually juried so that only the best arts + crafts are available.
The fair also features food + drink, marching bands, entertainers, dj’s, raffles, workshops, photobooths and other festivities! Check out our photos to get an idea of what the fair has to offer!

We’ve seen all sorts of pets at Renegade – dogs, cats, parrots! Fort Mason allows pets, so as long as you’re respectful to others and keep your pet on a leash – it should be fine!
Yes! Each fair offers something different. In the past we’ve had kids ‘accessorize with small toys’, learn to knit, take pictures in the photobooth, and have their faces painted! Many of our vendors make kid friendly items too. So, if your child likes tagging along with you when you go shopping, then they’ll love Renegade!
Very carefully! Since we receive many more applications then we can accept for each event, we jury each application based on their originality, quality, how their items fit in with our ‘renegade’ vision, cost and several other criteria.
