The Renegade Craft Fair will returned to Brooklyn, NY for a top shelf, indie-craft explosion. RCF brought a variety of artisans to 50 Kent (between 11th and 12th streets) on September 13 + 14. Market hours were from 11 am – 6 pm both Saturday and Sunday.
Shoppers found a variety of outstanding handmade goods at the Fair – ranging from one-of-a-kind jewelry, stationery, clothing and accessories, to leather goods, art prints, housewares and much more. Attendees created their own fabric and feather garlands with Alyssa Hoppe! Heidi’s Bridge was also on hand with all the fixins for folks to make fresh flower crowns, lapels, and bracelets.
Shoppers enjoyed the musical musings from the DJs of Sugartown Industries , who spinned tunes both days of the fair. Food creations from the local Kimchi Smoke, La Crepe C’est Ci Bon and Coolhaus Ice Cream Truck among other artisan food vendors joined in on the fun. Protea Wine provided samples and selling near the bar. When it was finally time to say goodbye, folks commemorated fun times with Renegade by visiting Doodlebooth for a hand-drawn portrait or popped in the free Magnolia Photo Booth with friends!
